1. Protect every card individually

   Place each card in a clean, properly fitting sleeve, then in a rigid card holder. Use suitable sizes and avoid pressure on corners or surface. Adhesive tape must not touch the card.

   

2. Prevent movement and pressure

   Group the protected cards without tight elastic bands. Cushion them in a sturdy shipping box so they cannot move. The box must not press against the cards. A thin envelope is not sufficient.

   

3. Enclose the order number

   Put your CGVL order number and card count inside the parcel. Check the quantity before sealing it. If helpful, photograph the prepared packaging and keep your own card list.

   

4. Use the supplied DHL label

   Wähle im Auftrag zwischen CGVL-Einsendelabel bis 500 € bekanntem Gesamtwert und selbst organisiertem Hinversand. Bei höherem oder unbekanntem Wert buche einen geeigneten Transport selbst. Die Empfangsadresse findest du nach Zahlung im privaten Auftrag.

   

5. Send the parcel and keep the receipt

   Drop off the parcel at a suitable DHL service point. Keep the posting receipt with its tracking number. The carrier’s delivery confirmation and CGVL’s registration of the parcel contents are separate steps.

   

6. Versand je nach Leistung

   Certified: bis 500 € bekannter Gesamtwert ist der Standardversand unter 10 Karten extra und ab 10 Karten inklusive. Compact und Raw Grade: Versand extra, außer bei selbst organisiertem Transport. Über 500 € oder bei unbekanntem Wert organisierst du beide Wege selbst.
