Place each card in a clean, properly fitting sleeve, then in a rigid card holder. Use suitable sizes and avoid pressure on corners or surface. Adhesive tape must not touch the card.

Group the protected cards without tight elastic bands. Cushion them in a sturdy shipping box so they cannot move. The box must not press against the cards. A thin envelope is not sufficient.

Put your CGVL order number and card count inside the parcel. Check the quantity before sealing it. If helpful, photograph the prepared packaging and keep your own card list.

Drop off the parcel at a suitable DHL service point. Keep the posting receipt with its tracking number. The carrier’s delivery confirmation and CGVL’s registration of the parcel contents are separate steps.

Up to and including €500 total value: standard inbound and return shipping cost €6.19 each for 1–9 cards; both are included within Germany from 10 cards. Above €500 or with an unknown value, you arrange and pay for both journeys yourself, regardless of card quantity.
