The CGVL monogram, card ID and grading report form a connected identification system. The label focuses on the card’s identity and documented assessment.

The front shows the overall grade, card name, set or edition, variant and card number. The rectangular monogram identifies Collectibles Grading & Verification Lab. The CGVL ID provides a unique link.
Alongside the final grade, the back always shows centering, corners, edges and surface scores separately for front and back. The label measures 69 × 21 mm.
The QR code leads directly to the published report. Compare the card’s identity, ID, grade and photos with the card in front of you. An accessible record alone does not prove that a physical holder is unchanged or genuine.
Open grading reportThe label shown is a design example. Certified customer cards are sealed; grade, identity and CGVL ID can be verified via the QR code in the public report.
