Submitting cards should be simple. See what you prepare, what CGVL checks and when you receive your shipping label.

Prepare your submission

  1. Select cards and service

    Choose standard-size Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh! or Magic: The Gathering cards. Grading with all subgrades is included; enter the number of cards. The appropriate volume price is calculated automatically. From 10 cards, shipping both ways within Germany is included per order. For 1–9 cards, shipping is extra and shown separately before payment.

  2. Check details and pay

    Du

    Enter your contact details and return address. Before payment, you will see your complete selection and total price. Payment is processed through Stripe. Paid submissions cannot be placed until ordering has been enabled.

  3. Receive the label and send your parcel

  4. Register, grade and seal

    CGVL

    CGVL verifies card identity, documents both sides and assesses centering, corners, edges and surface. Unclear findings are resolved first. An independent second grade confirms the result.

  5. Link the report and label

    CGVL

    The CGVL ID links your card to its digital grading report. The label always displays the subgrades. Published reports can be opened using the ID or QR code without a customer account.

  6. Receive your cards back

    CGVL

    Up to and including €500 total value: standard inbound and return shipping cost €6.19 each for 1–9 cards; both are included within Germany from 10 cards. Above €500 or with an unknown value, you arrange and pay for both journeys yourself, regardless of card quantity.
