We accept standard-size Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Magic: The Gathering cards. Further categories will follow once suitable holders are available. Special formats and already sealed cards are not covered by a standard order.

Yes. Every CGVL assessment includes the overall grade and eight subgrades on both the label and the digital report. We do not offer a cheaper version without subgrades.

Yes. Pricing tiers apply automatically to the number of cards in one order. The current total appears before you enter your personal details. Each order uses one service throughout.

Up to and including €500 total value: standard inbound and return shipping cost €6.19 each for 1–9 cards; both are included within Germany from 10 cards. Above €500 or with an unknown value, you arrange and pay for both journeys yourself, regardless of card quantity.

Processing normally takes 5–10 working days, at most 20 (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia). It starts after all cards have arrived, the contract has been confirmed and paid, and work may legally begin. If you expressly request an early start, there is no need to wait for the withdrawal period to end. Return transit time is additional.

No. The grade reflects the documented condition under CGVL’s in-house H1 standard. An identical grade from another provider or an increase in value is not guaranteed.
